Weather and Clothing
World-wide weather is changing. Based
on historic weather and Kenya’s Equator
location, weather remains fairly constant
at a low of 55 and a high of 72 degrees.
The rainy season runs from April through
June. Daytime conditions tend to be warm
and sunny, and shorts and safari clothing
are appropriate. Plan to layer your clothing
as dawn and sunset game drives in open
vehicles can turn chilly. If you are traveling
in June, July or August, carry a wind
breaker for cooler weather or rainy days.
